Job summary

MTP Drivetrain Services is seeking a Maintenance Personnel to support facility upkeep and equipment reliability. The role covers housekeeping, yard upkeep, and basic repairs at Levels I–II, advancing to complex repairs and electrical systems at Level III.

Responsibilities include teaching and mentoring teammates, researching repairs, and ensuring maintenance tasks meet safety and quality standards. Valid driver’s license preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years industry knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Level III: Degree of relevance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Level I: Housekeeping, Yard Mowing.
• Maintenance Level II: General Yard Upkeep, Basic Repairs, Boxes.
• Maintenance Level III: Complex Repairs, Electrical and Other Systems Maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks as assigned by Maintenance Manager.
• Maintain and repair facility equipment and systems as needed.
