Job summary

Certified Source is seeking a Maintenance Technician I/Driver to perform routine preventive maintenance and ensure building systems operate efficiently. You will drive a company vehicle to pick up and deliver parts/materials to local vendors and support the maintenance team in daily tasks.

The role emphasizes facilities upkeep over machinery maintenance, with responsibilities including basic painting, carpentry, and general upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a current non-provisional, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must have a safe driving record deemed by insurance carrier.
• Ability to work well with others and independently.
• Understanding of electrical to include 120, 240, and 480 3 phase.
• Knowledge of PVC and pipe plumbing.
• Prefer candidate is mechanically inclined.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance department in daily work requirements.
• Drive a company vehicle in all-weather elements.
• Drive company vehicle to pick up and deliver parts/materials to local vendors.
