Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in facility or building maintenance or related trade.
• Knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building maintenance.
• Experience performing minor repairs and preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Ability to read gauges, indicators, work orders and maintenance docs.
• Basic troubleshooting within duties and authorized scope.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance on heating and ventilation equipment.
• Inspect building systems and identify maintenance needs.
• Adjust valves and controls to support operation.
• Monitor gauges and record readings.
• Prepare repair orders and maintenance tickets.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Perform general maintenance on structures and mechanical systems.
• Perform minor electrical maintenance within scope.
• Replace lamps and lighting components as required.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and tools.
