Job summary

FINFROCK is seeking a Building Maintenance Worker for our Orlando, FL facility. This full-time role involves performing general maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical repairs, and addressing work orders to keep the site safe and operational.

You will repair and replace walls, doors, flooring, and lighting, while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The position may require varying shifts, including overtime or weekends as production needs arise.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities operations.
• Able to read and pass a tape measure test.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, and electrical repairs.
• Address work orders promptly.
• Repair walls, doors, flooring, and windows as needed.
• Replace lighting, air filters, and other consumables regularly.
• Monitor and support building safety systems (fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency exits).
• Adhere to FINFROCK safety standards and wear required PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
• May involve early morning, night shifts, overtime, or weekend shifts.
