Job summary

PetroCard, Inc. is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to maintain our Cardlock fueling stations in Eugene, OR. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, takes pride in safety, and keeps locations clean and in top condition.

You will perform routine maintenance, operate pressure washing equipment, and handle grounds care. A valid driver’s license is required and you must obtain State A/B Operator Certification within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain State A/B Operator Certification within 30 days.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift and perform physical tasks throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility maintenance and cleaning.
• Operate equipment for pressure washing and site cleanup.
• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Assist with painting and minor repairs.
• Ensure all sites meet safety and compliance standards.
• Follow all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Complete additional maintenance projects as assigned.

About the Role
