Job summary

KDC/ONE in New Albany, OH is seeking a hands-on Maintenance/Facilities Technician to keep our production floor safe, efficient, and running smoothly. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, welding and carpentry tasks, read procedures, operate tools, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Skills in electrical work, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and GMP is a bonus.
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility equipment with routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Handle welding, soldering, carpentry, and general facility repairs.
• Read procedures and work instructions to complete jobs safely and correctly.
• Operate tools and powered industrial equipment.
• Order parts and keep maintenance records up to date.

Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician (Facilities & Equipment)

Shift: First Shift - Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm

Pay range: $25-29/hour based on experience; 11 paid days off annually; 80 hours of paid time off yearly; matching 401k after 30 days and potential annual bonus!
