Job summary

KDC/ONE in New Albany, OH is seeking a hands-on Maintenance/Facilities Technician to keep our production floor safe, efficient, and running smoothly. This first-shift role offers a competitive hourly pay, strong teamwork, and opportunities to grow hands-on skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, welding and carpentry tasks, read procedures, operate tools, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Skills in electrical work, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and GMP is a bonus.
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility equipment with routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Handle welding, soldering, carpentry, and general facility repairs.
• Read procedures and work instructions to complete jobs safely and correctly.
• Operate tools and powered industrial equipment.
• Order parts and keep maintenance records up to date.
• Support a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
