Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in trade work such as electricity, plumbing, HVAC, or certification from an accredited program if no prior work experience.
• HVAC Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive Children’s vehicles as needed to vendors or sites.
• Perform planned and general maintenance on systems and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records/logs of work made in mechanical rooms.

Skills

Ability to read blueprints and schematics

Knowledge of healthcare facility systems and equipment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work without direct supervision

Ability to drive and operate Children’s vehicles

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
