PetroCard, Inc. is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to service our Cardlock stations in Salem, Oregon. This hands-on, outdoors role emphasizes safety and reliability while keeping fueling locations clean and fully operational.

You will perform routine maintenance, operate pressure washers, handle groundskeeping, and support minor repairs, with overtime potential and full-time hours in a stable setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain State A/B Operator Certification within 30 days.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical work throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility maintenance and cleaning.
• Operate equipment for pressure washing and site cleanup.
• Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance.
• Assist with painting and minor repairs.
• Ensure all sites meet safety and compliance standards.
• Follow all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Complete additional maintenance projects as assigned.

About the Role

We are hiring a Facility Maintenance Technician to maintain our Cardlock fueling stations in the Salem, OR area.

This is a hands‑on, independent role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and values safety and cleanliness. You’ll be responsible for keeping our fueling locations clean, safe, and operating at a high standard for our customers.
