A leading organization in New York seeks an HVAC Technician to oversee maintenance and repair of HVAC systems. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency and safety compliance, performing inspections, and maintaining detailed records. Candidates should possess considerable HVAC experience, relevant certifications, and demonstrate leadership skills.
Provides support to the Chief Facilities Administrator or Designee by overseeing and performing the maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems. Responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency, safety, and compliance of HVAC systems within the facility. Performs periodic inspections, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs to ensure the systems meet regulatory requirements and standards. Maintains detailed records of all maintenance activities and ensures compliance with safety and operational protocols. Collaborates with other department coordinators to address and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Demonstrates leadership principles that support a positive workplace culture and drives a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Participates on project teams that further the common, strategic organizational goals. Develops, administers and assists in updating Maintenance department operating procedures. Administers company policies and procedures. Performs related duties as assigned.
Pay Range: $25.94 -31.86 Hourly; Based on experience.
