Job Responsibilities:

• Take direction from property manager/customer
• Perform general building/property maintenance and repairs
• Conduct building inspections and safety checks
• Support Property Manager as needed
• Follow processes and procedures accurately
• Lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs.; stand for 8-10 hours daily
• Travel to other facilities and vendors as required

Skills:

• Basic maintenance and tool knowledge
• Good communication skills and ability to follow directions
• Computer and phone software proficiency
• Knowledge of safety policies, lockout/tag out, and fall protection
• Understanding of building inspections, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC basics
• Ability to perform light electrical and carpentry repairs
• Knowledge of building systems and work orders
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems/Building Automation System

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• 2 years of painting and surface repair experience
• Two-year technical degree may substitute for one year of experience
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles
