  • Schedule: 1st shift , Monday – Friday, 7:00AM – 4:00 PM | 1st shift , Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 5:30 PM; On-call weekends
  • Location: Sugar Land, Texas
  • Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stability

Job DescriptionThe Facility Maintenance Technician performs a wide range of skilled maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and fully functional facility. This includes installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining building systems and equipment. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily facility inspections and report or address repair needs
  • Perform routine maintenance on plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and building systems
  • Complete and track work orders, maintain documentation, and update inventory logs
  • Assist with construction oversight and interact with vendors/contractors
  • Respond to off-hour emergencies and ensure compliance with safety protocols

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; 3+ years of facility maintenance experience
  • Journeyman Electrician or HVAC license is a plus
  • Experience with cleanroom environments and building automation systems is a plus
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Must lift up to 75 lbs, work in confined spaces, and be available for night shifts/weekends
