Job summary

Bulkhaul USA Inc. in Pasadena, TX seeks a Facility Maintenance Technician to keep our site facilities safe and efficient. You will maintain buildings, infrastructure and essential mechanical and plumbing systems, conducting routine servicing across the site.

You will coordinate with external contractors, supervise safety and compliance records, and help identify improvements to boost reliability and efficiency. Competitive salary, benefits, and pension are provided after probation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs across the entire site, including workshops, office facilities, and groundskeeping.
• Diagnose and resolve faults, including mechanical and plumbing.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and prevent potential issues.
• Coordinate and manage external contractors for specialist maintenance work.
• Oversee building security, fire safety, and emergency systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
• Work with management to identify site improvements to enhance efficiency and safety

Position Overview

As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and compliance of all site facilities.
