Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as needed.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HVAC system maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Complete plumbing repairs and installations.
• Perform basic electrical work and repairs.
• Operate snow plows and conduct snow removal during winter months.
• Apply sidewalk salt and ensure safe walking surfaces.
• Complete landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Perform general carpentry work and building repairs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Travel between PWS facilities as needed (Madison and Milwaukee).
