We are seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position will be responsible for ensuring the facility's buildings, equipment, and systems are properly maintained and cleaned. Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance Responsibilities: • Perform a wide range of repairs and upgrades, including but not limited to general handyman work, plumbing repair, installation, and assembly of various things. • Will be in charge of cleaning the Chestnut office location. • Maintain lawns and landscaping. • Record keeping of stock and supplies. • Perform preventative maintenance. • Identify safety concerns and coordinate corrections. • Maintain good housekeeping and organization. • Create and maintain a schedule for maintenance projects with assistance from the operations coordinator. • Travel to both office locations depending on the tasks required. • May include tasks like snow removal and other general upkeep duties. • Special tasks as assigned. Qualifications: • Previous experience in facility maintenance, custodial work, or landscaping is required. • Handyman experience is highly preferred. • Forklift certification is a plus. • Able to travel occasionally when necessary. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Must have excellent time management and planning abilities. • Able to recognize safety concerns. • Ability to handle physical workload. • Basic understanding of different trades. • Proficiency with different tools and equipment. Compensation: $17+ hourly DOE
