Chapman Chrysler Jeep in Henderson, NV is seeking a dependable Facility Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep to keep the dealership building safe, clean, and fully operational. This is a hands-on, long-term career opportunity.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, troubleshooting building systems, and maintaining showrooms, offices, and common areas. Must pass a background check and drug screen; valid NV license required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of facility maintenance, building maintenance, or general handyman experience required.
• Must have commercial maintenance experience.
• Experience performing light plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs required.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
