Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to ensure the facility supports production and manufacturing operations. The role requires a mix of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC know-how to keep systems running smoothly.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience, be able to read prints, and work well under pressure in a production setting. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should ideally have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred
• Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble-shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus
• Hands-on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits preferred.
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
• An ability to work well under pressure
• Relevant technical knowledge
• HVAC Certified preferred
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Pay Range

$26 - $29 USD
