Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI is seeking a skilled Maintenance professional to keep our care environments safe, functional, and welcoming across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. This hands-on role performs routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds.

You will address work orders and urgent repair needs, inspect HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems, and coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs.

In this hands-on role, you’ll perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds for our programs across Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Responsibilities include addressing work orders and urgent repair needs; inspecting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems; coordinating with vendors for specialized repairs; and supporting room setups, moves, and minor renovations.
