Job summary

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to keep care environments safe, functional, and welcoming. This on-site, full-time role covers Wisconsin and Upper Michigan, performing routine and preventive building maintenance, addressing work orders, and supporting room setups and minor renovations.

You'll inspect HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems, coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs, and help ensure staff well-being and client care

Qualifications

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds across our locations.
• Address work orders and urgent repair needs in a timely manner.
• Inspect HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs and services as needed.
• Support room setups, moves, and minor renovations to facilitate program operations.

Responsibilities
