Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep client-serving facilities safe, reliable, and welcoming. You’ll perform preventative and corrective maintenance on building systems, equipment, and grounds, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry work.

You’ll complete and document work orders, conduct routine inspections, address safety issues, and support minor remodels and room setups.

Qualifications

• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems.
• Ability to complete and document work orders accurately.
• Proficiency with basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry tasks.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and client care in a faith-based setting.
• Strong collaboration with staff to minimize service disruptions.
