What You'll Do:

• Clean and maintain common areas, restrooms, hallways, sidewalks, and building interiors/exteriors
• Ensure the property remains neat and presentable by regularly walking the grounds and removing debris
• Perform general maintenance such as basic plumbing, painting, repairing hardware, and fixing fixtures
• Operate and maintain grounds equipment as needed
• Complete maintenance service requests, assist with preventative maintenance, and support the team on various tasks
• Identify and report areas for improvement in safety or facility operations
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating practices
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in facility or property maintenance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to become certified on forklifts and pallet jacks
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
• A self-starter who works independently, manages time well, and stays calm under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, weekends, or holidays
• A great attitude and commitment to quality and teamwork
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, and use tools for extended periods
• Must be able to lift/move up to 30 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
