This is a key operations role – not just a handyman, but someone who keeps the facility running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform general repairs: electrical, plumbing, lighting, HVAC, carpentry
2. Support clubhouse & event setup/tear-down
3. Run preventive maintenance checks
4. Coordinate and supervise external vendors when needed
5. Maintain safety standards and compliance
6. Keep logs of maintenance & service records

Requirements:

• Solid troubleshooting skills across trades
• Can lift 50 lbs+, climb ladders, work hands-on
• Strong initiative & communication skills
• Available for occasional evenings/weekends during events
