Position Details

Department: Financial Services / Facilities Maintenance

Job Type: Full-Time Regular

This role is safety sensitive and follows a Monday - Friday schedule, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in maintenance activities for HVAC and door systems, including installation, repair, troubleshooting, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with other trades, manage inventory, and mentor staff.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Two (2) years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician II or equivalent.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and EPA Universal Certification within 180 days of hire.
Additional Requirements
  • Background checks, drug screening, physical exam, and police check.
