Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at CoxHealth South in Springfield, MO. You will schedule staff, coordinate with hospital departments and contractors, and manage work orders in CMMS to ensure uptime for critical medical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Associate Degree in Building Maintenance Technology or Construction Management.
• Must have active Driver's License and regulatory knowledge related to healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to maintenance staff and schedule work to meet hospital needs.
• Coordinate projects with departments and external contractors.
• Operate CMMS to assign, edit, and complete work orders.
• Maintain compliance with fire safety, HVAC, electrical, and life-safety systems.
