Position Summary: Responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance tasks performed on facilities and equipment. Performs complex building repairs using various technical skills (e.g., carpentry, electrical, plumbing). Maintains production equipment to meet organization standards and ensures minimum downtime. Establishes and maintains preventive maintenance programs and oversees mechanics/technicians. Maintains inventory of operational supplies, conducts inspections, and ensures compliance with health and safety regulations. Performs any duties assigned to serve the company.

Position Responsibilities:

• Supervises staff including staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintains warehouse by repairing concrete floors, dock doors, racks; replacing lights, plumbing, fixtures; installing drywall; servicing air conditioning units; remodeling and decorating rooms; painting.
• Coordinates outside contractors.
• Keeps records of work orders and monitors ammonia cooling systems.
• Repairs vending machines as needed.
• Performs other related duties.

Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, 2-4 years of experience, including at least one year in trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and two years working on commercial heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
