Position: Facility Maintenance Service Technician - Distribution Center

Location: Tolleson, AZ, 495 South 107th Avenue

Shift: Monday to Friday, 10am-6:30pm. Shift may change; OT and night shifts may be required. Flexibility for emergencies is needed.

New hires start on night shift for 4-6 weeks for training before moving to regular shift.

Compensation: Competitive base pay plus $1.50/hr night shift differential.

Job Overview

Seeking candidates with electrical, mechanical, automation skills, troubleshooting, and repair experience. Safety-focused, self-motivated, team-oriented. Equipped with tools, training, and lift trucks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical systems.
• Support electrical, mechanical, automation needs for equipment like forklifts, bailers, compactors.
• Self-learn new equipment, lead maintenance efforts, communicate effectively, and maintain relationships with team and vendors.
• Assist with facility and maintenance tasks, prioritize safety, and follow regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of related experience.

Additional Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, electrical/mechanical knowledge, effective communication, safety compliance, teamwork, and physical ability to lift 50 lbs.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of maintenance tools, trades, warehouse experience, equipment certifications, LOTO, conveyor exposure.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, walking, lifting, using ladders, lifts, and operating equipment at heights. Ability to work various hours in a 24/7 warehouse environment.
