Qualifications

• Vocational or technical certification and 2 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Option 2: 4 years' experience in plumbing, electrical, material handling equipment, or related area.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.
• Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.
• No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
• No serious traffic violations, as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Inspect, clean, and repair facilities, equipment, or fixtures and document wear and tear.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors by completing required documentation.
• Order parts and track orders; submit warranty claims and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Walmart safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate and transport vehicles for required maintenance and ensure insurance coverage.
• Lead teams, set priorities, and communicate progress to ensure timelines and quality.
• Develop processes to meet business needs through collaboration with managers and partners.
• Uphold Walmart's Open Door Policy and ethics across all activities.
