The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as the primary facility manager ensuring the maintenance and control Of the USAFA Visitor Center and planetarium. The position is also responsible for maintenance of equipment and assigned vehicles and golf carts.
Manages, Executes, and maintains Facility Manager Program for USA FA Visitor Center Building and Planetarium facilities Within acceptable standards. Integrates and synchronizes for equipment management by assisting with development, coordination, and execution plans for delivery, storage, installation and removal of furnishings and equipment. Performs all facility manager duties related to the operation and upkeep of the Visitor Center and Planetarium facilities.
Performs duties to ensure the health, safety, and security of USAFA Visitor Center and Planetarium facilities. Attends meetings, working groups, and coordinates with various personnel to accomplish facility work.
