Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor on-site in Stilwell, Oklahoma. You will lead maintenance activities, manage preventive programs, and troubleshoot a small ammonia refrigeration system while coordinating with site leadership on budgets and energy practices.

Compensation & Benefits

Anticipated Range: $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience

What You'll Be Doing

In this highly visible role, you'll combine hands-on technical work with facility leadership responsibilities. You'll oversee all maintenance-related activities, including:

• Managing and executing preventive maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment reliability.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting a small ammonia refrigeration system.
• Supporting a fleet of material handling equipment (MHE) and general facility systems.
• Managing the CMMS (X5), maintenance planning, scheduling, documentation, and work orders.
• Leading Process Safety Management (PSM), environmental health and safety initiatives, and regulatory compliance programs.
• Partnering with site leadership on budgeting, energy management, and facility improvement projects.
• Identifying and driving capital improvement opportunities that enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
