Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our fast-paced warehouse operation in Colorado. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical systems, perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, forklifts, and refrigeration, and keep accurate records of work performed.

This hands-on role requires teamwork, tool proficiency, and adaptability to varying temperatures. Pay ranges from $24.71 to $41.68 per hour, with benefits and growth opportunities within

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience or a combination of hands‑on experience and trade school.
• Industrial or building maintenance experience.
• Refrigeration experience including ammonia, Freon, and/or CO2 is a plus.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance with direction and minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment throughout the facility.
• Help maintain facility structures, equipment, and exterior areas to support safe and efficient operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on material handling equipment, including forklifts.
• At automated sites, maintain and troubleshoot equipment such as proximity switches, photoelectric sensors, pressure switches, and push buttons.
• Perform inspections and basic repairs on refrigeration systems.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Communicate equipment concerns, repairs, and other important maintenance information to leadership.
• Support the team with additional maintenance projects and tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience or a combination of hands‑on experience and trade school in areas such as:
• Industrial or building maintenance
• Material handling/forklift maintenance
• HVAC
• Refrigeration
• Mechanical or electrical maintenance
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience is a plus.
• Refrigeration experience is a plus, including ammonia, Freon, and/or CO2.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance with direction and minimal supervision.

• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with team members and leaders throughout the facility.
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage environments or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage environments while wearing company‑provided PPE and freezer gear.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs./23 kg, with requirements potentially varying by facility.
• Ability to work around various noise levels, including areas that may be loud.
• Some locations may require working at heights.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when needed.
• Ability to safely operate motorized lifts and rental equipment as required.
