Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform a range of building upkeep tasks. You will handle carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, and routine HVAC maintenance to keep the facility in top condition.

Responsibilities include inspecting roofs, gutters, and grounds, documenting inspections and work orders, moving office furniture, and supporting supervisors to improve efficiency. A High School diploma and 2+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of building construction and maintenance.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret plans.
• Good communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills (MS Windows, Word, Excel).

**Duties/Responsibilities: **Perform functions as required relating to building maintenance.Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical tasks to maintain buildings.Perform routine commercial HVAC preventive maintenance as required.Perform roof maintenance. Inspect condition of roofs. Clean roof gutters and drains.Move and relocate office furniture and equipment, adjust desks, chairs and files as needed.Inspect and maintain facilities, buildings and grounds.
