Five years’ experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent is required.

• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and general cleanup of buildings and grounds.
• Repair and installation of office lighting and electrical circuits.
• Maintain compounding area piping and equipment.
• Perform safety inspections and ensure SOPs/IDEM compliance.

POSITION PURPOSEMaintain the general facility including: buildings and grounds.
