Description

The Facilities Service Level I is responsible for scheduling and completing facilities work orders. Ability to problem solve and make repairs as need. Participate in projects as assigned by the Director of Facilities and Construction. Work collaboratively with team members and employees at various locations.

This is a full-time position working 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday, willingness to work nights and weekends when needed and will work and travel to all TCO locations.

Twin Cities Orthopedics is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate the scheduling and tracking of work orders
  • Make repairs and or changes to complete work orders in a timely manner
  • Participate in facilities and construction meetings
  • Participate in construction and maintenance projects as assigned
  • Must be able to work independently and be dependable and punctual
  • Work with various vendors to resolve facilities related issues
  • Administer site inspection as needed
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Pays close attention to detail and completes work accurately and efficiently
  • Organized and a good problem-solver
  • Experience with hardware, hand tools and power tools
  • Afterhours nights and weekend work required
  • Occasionally participate in community functions relating to outreach events throughout the year
  • Any and all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent
  • Basic understanding of carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing HVAC systems, etc.

  • Prioritize workload while being flexible to meet the expectations of the daily operations

  • Travel to other work locations, if required

  • Clinic/office/surgery center setting
  • Essential physical requirements, such as climbing, standing, stooping, or typing.
