Terrazzo & Marble Supply Company is a stable wholesale distributor of terrazzo materials and is 100% Employee-Owned. We are seeking a full-time Facility Maintenance Generalist who can fix older equipment instead of replacing it.

Primary responsibilities include staying compliant with regulations, maintaining the preventive maintenance schedule, and ensuring equipment runs properly. This role is ideal for a creative thinker who can solve problems on the fly and keep machinery operating smoothly.

Qualifications

• Certificate from college or technical school or 3–6 months related experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance.
• Experience with setting and following a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Experience with getting quotes for larger repairs.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

This is a great role for an out-of-the-box creative thinker and problem-solver who can fix older equipment instead of replacing it.

Primary responsibilities include staying compliant with regulations, maintaining the preventive maintenance schedule, and ensuring equipment runs properly.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or three to six months of related experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance
• Experience with setting and following a preventative maintenance schedule
• Experience with getting quotes for larger repairs
