Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships for contracted services, repairs, and supply orders.
• Maintain maintenance logs, inspection records, and safety documentation.
• Assist in budgeting and tracking expenses related to facility and grounds upkeep.

• Perform and oversee repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to ensure functionality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of common areas, restrooms, storage spaces, and staff facilities.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs.
• Ensure all systems meet safety and operational standards.
• Supervise and participate in the upkeep of outdoor areas including walkways, parking lots, signage, and recreational spaces.
• Ensure landscaping is maintained to a high standard, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and irrigation.
• Monitor weather conditions and coordinate snow removal, storm prep, or debris cleanup as needed.
• Maintain exterior lighting and signage for proper visibility and functionality.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Facility Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for maintenance, repairs, professional services, stock control, supply orders, routine custodial, grounds and equipment for the facility. The Facility Maintenance Coordinator will also ensure a suitable working environment for the organization and provide appropriate performance measurements, and leadership. Additionally, the Facility Maintenance Coordinator will work with the Operations Manager on all event related set‑ups and teardowns for facility events. This position has a special emphasis on technology, computerized systems, climbing and safety equipment, kitchen equipment, and sporting equipment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

Managerial Tasks

WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Will be required to lift 50 pounds
