Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of maintenance & cleaning experience in a large residential or program setting.
• Must possess good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas within the facility.
• Carry out minor repairs and building maintenance.
• Responsible for exterior snow and ice removal.
• Assist staff with special events.
• Maintain building maintenance tools and machinery.
• Order cleaning supplies and maintain inventory.
• Assist in moving and storing supplies and furniture.
• Comply with all employee policies and procedures.
• Assist in emergencies as needed.
