Qualifications

• Experience operating floor-care equipment is required.
• Ability to perform general cleaning and upkeep across the facility.
• Attention to detail and safety compliance when handling cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and upkeep of the facility.
• Sweep, mop, polish, and refinish resilient flooring using floor-care equipment.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpeted areas.
• Clean and maintain hallways, offices, boardrooms, restrooms, pantries, cafeterias, and other assigned areas.
• Wash walls and clean upholstery and window coverings as directed.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restroom facilities.
• Clean offices, cubicles, and common areas.
• Empty garbage and recycling receptacles and dispose of waste.
• Spot-clean interior glass and other surfaces as needed.
• Keep cleaning equipment and supplies clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Report equipment problems, building issues, safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Participate in required training and follow procedures.
