Job summary

The Salvation Army Great Falls Corps in Montana seeks a Maintenance/Janitor to keep the building clean, safe, and ready for programs. You will perform front entry, restrooms, gym floors, outside grounds, kitchen, and room set-ups, following TSA/OSHA safety guidelines and supervisor directions.

Work will be Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling to meet activity needs; the role is regular, non-exempt and part-time, offering an opportunity to contribute to a faith-based community

Qualifications

• Six months to one year of previous work experience, preferred.
• Capable of following verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to perform daily duties and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Front entry area cleaning and maintenance.
• Bathroom cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Gym/floors cleaning and set-up for leagues as directed.
• Outside grounds maintenance and litter removal.
• Kitchen cleaning and temperature monitoring of walk-in cooler.
• Group room set-up and tear-down for events.
• Daily building walk-through to prioritize cleaning tasks.
