Job summary

GEM Facility Management is seeking a Facility Maintenance associate to service the Central Ohio region. The role involves basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs under a manager, with emphasis on communication, willingness to learn, and adherence to safety policies.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of maintenance experience, two years painting experience with wall repair, and a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Supports Property Manager as required
• Accurately follows processes and procedures
• Travel to other facilities and vendors as required
• Lift, push, pull or carry weight no less than 35 lbs., up to 50 lbs.
• Be on your feet 8 to 10 hours each day

GEM FM is seeking a Facility Maintenance associate to service the Central Ohio region. The Facility Maintenance associate will perform duties for GEM Facility Management and is expected to have basic maintenance and tool knowledge. Facility Maintenance works under a manager to perform basic carpentry, plumbing and electrical repairs. This associate must exhibit good communication skills, work ethic, and be able to follow direction of a manager. The associate must demonstrate a willingness to learn and ability to be trained.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
