Culp, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Associate to clean office, production, and outdoor areas in a safe, efficient manner at our United States facilities. Responsibilities include trash removal, floor cleaning, restroom sanitation, semi-annual floor refinishing, and outside maintenance.

Candidates should have SDS literacy, manufacturing experience, strong time management, and good teamwork. HSD/GED required.

• Must have general knowledge of chemicals and how to read SDS sheets.
• 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Properly clean and empty trash in all office areas throughout the facility
• Properly clean all production area floors throughout the facility
• Properly sanitize and clean all restrooms throughout the facility
• Clean, sanitize, and remove trash as needed from all canteen areas in the facility
• Strip and refinish floors on a semi-annual basis
• Perform outside maintenance of the facility as needed (trimming, mowing, etc)
• Maintains good housekeeping in work area
• Follows all safety procedures and policies and advises supervisor of any unsafe conditions
• Any other duties as requested by supervisor
