Responsibilities

• Maintain piping and equipment in the Compounding Area.
• Repair and maintain plumbing, roofs, air compressors, HVAC units, boilers, and fire systems.
• Complete minor office construction as required.
• Obtain vendor quotations, issue purchase requisitions, and supervise vendors when needed.
• Conduct required safety inspections.
• Adhere to SOPs, IDEM requirements, and Safety Data Sheets.
• Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

• Perform all preventive maintenance and clean-up to buildings and grounds except those which are contracted on a formal schedule.
• Perform repair and installation of office lighting, office furniture and electrical circuits.
• Maintain Compounding Area piping and operating equipment.
• Perform general repair and maintenance of:
• Plumbing
• Roofs
• Air compressors
• HVAC units
• Boilers
• Fire systems
• Perform minor office construction as required.
• Obtain vendor quotations, issue purchase requisitions and provide vendor supervision as required.
• Perform required safety inspections.
• Perform job duties to appropriate SOPs, IDEM requirements, and Safety Data Sheets.
• Other duties as assigned.
