You will perform repairs, install equipment, inspect electrical systems, and perform routine maintenance to ensure safe operations. A vehicle for supplies is required, with strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance worker or similar role, preferably in a warehouse.
• Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

• Must have own vehicle to pick up supplies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs, such as fixing locks and wall damage.
• Install appliances and equipment as needed.
• Check control panels and wiring to identify issues.
• Handle cleaning tasks like dusting, mopping, and trash removal.
• Complete routine maintenance, including bulb replacement and bearing lubrication.
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems.
• Test facility safety systems for proper function.
• Report issues to facilities management and track progress.
• Execute daily/weekly/monthly tasks; keep area neat and organized.

Job Duties

• Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc.
• Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed
• Check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
• Perform necessary cleaning activities, such as dusting, mopping, trash removal, etc.
• Complete regular maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and lubricating bearings
• Inspect and troubleshoot various equipment and systems
• Test the functionality of the facility’s safety systems
• Report to facilities management regarding issues resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress
• Complete tasks on the daily/weekly/monthly task list
• Maintain a neat and organized work area

Knowledge and Skills

• Proven experience as a maintenance worker or other similar position, preferably in a warehouse setting
• Basic working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
