Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food production and service areas.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, surfaces, and storage spaces.
• Transport and store supplies; assist with set-up and break-down tasks.
• Wash dishes by hand or with a dishwasher.
• Restock cleaning materials and supplies.
• Adhere to sanitation standards and safety guidelines.
• Report to shift on time; perform other duties as required.
