Job description

• 24-hour call coverage -- 30-minute response time required
• 2 - 3 patient calls from ED per day on average
• Calls may result in surgeries
• Common cases: laparotomy, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, bowel obstruction
• Additional cases: I&D and port placements
• Laparoscopic surgery experience required
• Robotic surgery capability available
• No subspecialty or endoscopy cases required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
