Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare seeks physicians for locum tenens assignments with 16-hour in-house call shifts and a 1:5 call ratio, covering cath labs and inpatient hospital services nationwide. Performs PTCA, stents, caths, and STEMI call coverage; includes echo, stress tests, and EKG for inpatients. Nuclear and TEE experience are a plus but not required.

Compensation ranges from $325.00 to $400.00 hourly. Rates are all-inclusive, combining base pay with overtime, call, and holiday pay.

Job description

• 16-hour in-house call shifts -- call ratio 1:5
• Avg 20 phone consults per 24-hour call period
• Cath lab and inpatient hospital coverage
• PTCA, stents, caths, and STEMI call coverage required
• Inpatient consults and rounding -- echo, stress, EKG
• Nuclear and TEE experience a plus but not required
• Ongoing coverage potential
