Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare currently offers locum tenens opportunities in Nebraska for clinicians to cover inpatient and outpatient needs. The assignment includes daily rounds, cath lab procedures, and STEMI/night call responsibilities in a hospital setting.

Ongoing coverage need with pre-paid travel and housing, plus paid malpractice. You’ll have support through Weatherby’s consultants and are part of the NALTO charter network.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read ECHOs – adults only.
• Experience with inpatient rounds and acute care settings.
• Comfort with cath lab procedures and related imaging.

Responsibilities

• Clinic hours 8 am - 4 pm, M-F on days not covering inpatient service.
• Inpatient rounds daily; avg census 8-10 on weekdays, 6-7 on weekends.
• Avg 8-9 add-on cath procedures per week; avg 3 on lab days.
• Hospital setting with STEMI call and night call responsibilities.
• APP and hospitalist assistance available.
• Ongoing coverage need.
