Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. The role emphasizes resident and staff interaction, adherence to safety standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow safety and infection-control guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control policies to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff and guests, offering friendly service.
• All other duties as assigned.
