Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for residents and staff.

The role involves daily housekeeping tasks, following established cleaning procedures, and adhering to infection control policies while delivering courteous service. Starting pay is USD 11.50 per hour with eligibility for benefits and standard benefits vary by location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, push 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions and perform routine tasks daily.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation of all areas following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
