Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will support a positive resident and guest experience by following established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Starting pay is USD 16.00 per hour, with hands-on training and opportunities for career development. The role emphasizes teamwork, infection control, and respectful interactions with residents and staff in a supportive work environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Mansioni

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance/safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as needed.
