Facility Housekeeper Responsibilities:

• Cleaning storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc., through sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping
• Disposing of trash
• Maintaining and tracking cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed
• Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills
• Willingness to learn
• Self-motivated

Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring safety precautions, such as working around moving parts, fumes, or irritant chemicals. Protective clothing or gear like masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be necessary.

Physical Demands:

The role requires physical exertion, including standing for long periods, outdoor movement, reaching objects at various heights, and moving equipment weighing up to 50 lbs, assisted or unassisted.
